Graphite Insulation BoardAcillaries

Ultra Pure graphite Insulation board for use in Vacuum Furances, Supplied as sheets 20, 30 and 40mm thick with foil facing of Carbon Fibre Composite bonded to one or both sides.

Our board is pre-fired to 1800°C prior to supply, ensuring few contaminants and extremely low outgassing.

Typical dimensions would be 1500 x 1000mm.

Graphite FeltVacuum Furnace Products

Available in rolls 1.2m wide as a soft graphite felt 10mm thick this product is the ideal back up insulation for vacuum furance applications. This product can also be used as a hot face lining in vacuum furances with less aggressive quench rates.

Graphite felt can also be used for preventing blown glass from surffering from Thermal Shock.

Graphite Foil

Graphite foil is available in sheets, primarily for use a sacrificial hot face lining within vacuum furances, providing a product which is easily replaced when damaged.

Available in sheets 1000 x 1000 x 1mm.

CFC Carbon-Carboncfc

Carbon Fibre Composite is available in the following formats for use as impact, abrasion and edge protection for the Graphite Insulation Board utilised in vacuum furance linings.

  • Sheets 1000 x 1000 x 1.6mm
  • Sheets 1000 x 500 x 1.6mm

Other thicknesses available on request.

  • Angles 1000 x 60/60mm
  • Channels 1000 x 60/40/60mm

Special shapes such as pre-drilled panels, rods, nuts, bolts & screws.
